All shops on Chictopia only accept PayPal as method of payment. All sellers must adhere to PayPal's User Acceptance Policy.
With PayPal, the buyer may pay straight from their own PayPal account, by credit card or check. In the latter case, it takes up to about 5 business days until the seller can be sure that a payment by check has been credited. The seller will ship out the item as soon as payment clears.
The address provided on PayPal is the address the seller will use for shipping this item. If the buyer provides a wrong address the seller unfortunately cannot provide a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
All sellers on Chictopia will ship the item within 3 days upon receipt of payment from PayPal. Depending on the region of the shipping destination, the time it takes to arrive may vary. Please refer to the product listing page for shipping estimates.
Chictopia sellers will accept refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The order was damaged prior to shipping.
- The order was not the item requested.
Other than the reason above, Chictopia sellers cannot take refunds. Exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Keep in mind that Chictopia is not the seller of any items. Chictopia cannot address refunds or exchanges with any buyers directly.
